  Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
  Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
• Waist
  Measure around your natural waistline. (Above your belly button and below your rib cage）
   Keep the tape comfortably loose.
• Hips
  Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
